Experience
As a Registered European lawyer in Cyprus, she brings the wealth of her experience gained in the City to her position. Marilou worked for six years at Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC, as a senior member of the corporate team where she was involved in number of complex and high profile deals. Marilou specializes in equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She provides assistance to clients to setting up joint ventures, partnerships and other special purpose vehicles to enable them to better structure their investment in Europe and Asia through Cyprus.

Experience
Christina heads up the international arbitration department of the firm having had substantial experience in the sector in her previous legal roles at Allen & Overy, Dewey & LeBoeuf and Norton Rose.
On her arrival in Cyprus, she worked for Antis Triantafyllides where she assisted with the translation of the founding cornerstone of Cyprus Companies legislation, the Cyprus Company Law CAP 113. She further conducted general corporate and commercial matters for international clients.
Christina advises on all areas of arbitration, with a particular interest in investment treaty arbitration cases as well as arbitral award enforcement issues. She also advises clients on the insertion of dispute resolution clauses and provides general dispute resolution advice at structuring stages. Clients commend her on her practical and business oriented approach.

Agni has handled a number of complex legal cases before the Cypriot Courts, representing some of the largest banking institutions of Cyprus – cases regarding debt recovery claims, enforcement of securities issued in favour of the lender, sale of mortgaged properties and has handled applications for issuance of interim orders. Agni has also managed legal cases, both for and against banking institutions, involving multicurrency loan agreements. She has also given legal opinions and administered cases regarding the validity of contracts, security agreements of all types, the appointment of receiver and manager of companies and its validity, letters of guarantee in developer cases and enforcement procedures. Agni has advised on the winding up and liquidation of companies and has conducted such Court cases.
Agni has represented some of the largest Cypriot insurance companies before the Courts regarding compensation claims for loss of amenities, permanent incompetence, accidents during employment and has also handled the out-of-court settlement of many similar cases, assisting clients to reach amicable solutions. She has also given legal opinions on such matters interpreting various aspects of the relevant Laws in the insurance sector, as well as opinions on the validity of insurance contracts and relevant matters.
Furthermore, she has undertaken the review of complex agreements and relevant documents as well as various due diligence reports regarding high network companies and institutions.
